As we close the year, UMA invites all mothers to a special class devoted to You and your motherhood journey.

This nourishing experience includes yoga & movement practice, deep restoration to a soothing sound bath, and quiet space for meditation to help clear away stress while honoring the devotion and growth that have carried you through this past year.

All mothers are welcome—pregnant, postpartum, seasoned, or anywhere along the path. 

Come land, be held, and reclaim the wisdom and calm that lives beneath the busyness of life. 

After class enjoy Primal Studio’s saunas, cold plunge, warm tea, light bites & cozy lounge spaces..

Take your time, you deserve a moment of nourishment as you step into the holidays and a new year.
